Amazing product, love it to bits, Brilliant service., 26 Aug 2008
The product arrived before it was due which is always a plus.
It arrived with an adapter for the computer which i wasnt expecting, once again a plus.
It works with my phone, camera, computer, mp4, mp3, and my dads sat nav without any fuss at all. Just slot it in, the device recognises it instantly and just works, simple as to be honest.
Men may have a few problems with getting it out of the adapter as did my dad (sausage fingers!). You need to have nails to slide it out without breaking it, because its so small and thin. I dont think thats even worth a winge.
You really cant go wrong with this lil guy. It fits everywhere, no hassle at all and does its job flawlessly. 10 out 10.
Good deal and works perfectly! A pity that postage costs the same price than the card...., 21 Aug 2008
I bought this to insert in the R4 of my Nindendo DS lite. Works perfectly and was delivered in 2 days instead of 1 week. Very happy about my choice....
Excellent delivery time!, 08 Aug 2008
I was surprised at the delivery time. The product works fine. I have used it for just a day and I hope it lasts long.
Beware Postage, 29 Jul 2008
I just tried to order 5 of these. Total cost for goods £1.40.
(Standard/Cheapest) Postage £24 !!!!!
Just make sure you check what these idiots are charging you for postage.
Holds loads of media, 13 Jul 2008

Faultless After Six Months, 01 Sep 2008
I've been using this card for a half a year in my Samsung L83T digital camera with no problems. Transfer rate is sufficiently fast enough to deal with all functions of the camera and there have been no errors or lost data after taking thousands of photographs and videos. I agree that shipping is somewhat expensive when the size of the product is taken into consideration, however I assume that the low cost of the product is subsidised by the high delivery charges and should be assumed to be part of the cost of the card.
All you'll ever need., 12 Aug 2008
Great little card - I've had one in my D50/D200 for three years and taken over 20 000 shots with no problems. Write speeds are excellent, even with RAW capture.
This card with hold 1000 JPG (normal) shots on my 6.1MP Nikon, and nearly 300 in RAW.
If you're looking at this and thinking 'why not buy a big 4GB or 8GB card', which are pretty cheap also, check first to make sure your camera supports SDHC (which most of the big MB cards are) - don't get stuck! My D50 for example doesn't support SDHC and therefore this 2GB card is the 'biggest' one that it'll take.
I can't see anyone needing more than 2GB on a normal camera between downloads, unless they're away for a long period. In which case, just pick up two or three - it's not like they are expensive, is it.
Postage from Amazon agreed is an absolute shocker - clearly, that's where resellers make up their profits (like EBay sellers have been doing for years).
So, but two or three from the high street, but in terms of quality and reliability, they don't get much better than this.
Cheap as chips, 30 Jul 2008
The price for sd cards just amazes me,to think just a few years ago you would be paying at least £150 -£200,for this card. The first memory card ibought was a sandisk 512 mb,it cost me nearly £60 from argos. So i do not mind paying the extra postage, which i find very reasonable, CHEAP AS CHIPS AYE SAY!!!
Superb SD card, 19 Jul 2008
I bought one of these cards about 6 months ago now solely for use with my new Canon Powershot A720is camera and have found it to be perfect for the use I put it to. I have had absolutely no problems with it either at the speed at which the card saves images or with it's reliability.
Cheap, works well, and stores data securely with Canon Ixus 950., 22 Jun 2008
I was relieved when I started using this card as I had problems with my previous Hama 4g HS SD Card. It may not be as fast, but I only really notice this when taking videos.

Great stuff :D, 28 Jul 2008
Small, portable, fast, 8GB is more than enough, works great with my USB DVD player, good quality plastic, 5 year warranty.Definitely recommended.
Simple, fast & reliable, 17 Jun 2008
I purchased this as a way to transfer large files from my PC to my friend & have been more than happy with the results. Not only does it work straight from the box (well, blister pack really), the transfer rate is good & it has handled everything I've thrown at it. I've downloaded straight to it, I've encoded files from it to my HD, & vice-verca with no problems, & although it only runs at USB 2.0 speeds, it's plenty fast enough to do all the things I bought it for. It hasn't let me down & has handled every type of file I've stored on it - I've even installed programs from it. Kingston Technology has done it again, amazing storage device, highly recommended.
Compact, Smart, No U3, Real-time Playback, 12 Jun 2008
It's hard to review a product as seemingly simple as a USB Flash Drive, but I'll have a go...
I bought this Kingston Technology 8GB USB 2.0 Flash Drive because I wanted a Flash Drive to use with my Apple Aluminium Keyboard. If you're familiar with this keyboard you'll know it has 2 USB 2.0 ports, which is great. The problem is, the keyboard is so flat that clearance is very tight. So a poorly designed, chunky Flash Drive is unlikely to fit into it. Fortunately, this Kingston Flash Drive is so compact that it fits perfectly into either of the 2 ports on the Apple Aluminium Keyboard, and sticks out of the side by just 3cm.
Another reason why I bought this Flash Drive was for its design. It looks simple and smart. Some other Flash Drives are overly fussy with horrid colour schemes. This Flash Drive is just white and black, which, again, looks great with the Apple Aluminium Keyboard.
What repelled me from buying a SanDisk Flash Drive is their obsession with bundling software on them. I mean, who buys a Flash Drive for its software? To me, that's nuts. Honestly, whose idea was that? That's like buying blank DVD-Rs with software pre-installed on them, to "help" you. No thanks.
If I want software installed on my Flash Drive, I'll do it myself. And this is where having a Mac comes in handy. You don't need to install software the old-fashioned Windows way. You can just drag-and-drop entire Applications on to something like this Flash Drive, and run them off it. So for example, you could download Google Earth, drag its single icon to your Flash Drive, and that's it, you're done. You've "installed" a piece of software, not on your computer's internal Hard Drive, but on this tiny external Flash Drive. Plug it into any Mac you want, and you can run your Application straight off it.
Ok, what about performance? I haven't got a hugely scientific way of testing the speed of this Flash Drive. But what I can tell you is, I can open and play a 1280 x 544 H.264 movie trailer off it, instantly. Absolutely no delay. And I can scrub back and forth through the video file, while it's playing, all in real-time. No loading, no waiting. So, as far as I'm concerned, the performance is great.
Smart looking and works really well, 09 Jun 2008
Just got this 8gb memory stick and so far I have found it to work without any problems whatsoever.
It copies both large (1gb+) and small files (under 1mb) without any fuss, whether using Windows XP or Vista. It is also very efficient for playing large movie files and for running programs installed on it. The speed is comparable to my older 2gB kingston stick, which is still very fast at USB2 transfers. Furthermore, it is compact and smart in design.
This is a real bargain at the price and so I highly recommend it.
Great product, 24 May 2008
Easy to install and set up and its compatible with anything really. The capacity is great because if you get a smaller one like a 1GB you get half that taken away before you do anything.
The price is right for what you're getting and its fast and reliable, ive owned the previous two sticks and they never let me down and this ones not gone wrong at all.

Good Card, 13 Aug 2008
Sandisk make good quality kit, but there is a problem with SDHC in that you will probably need a SDHC card reader for your laptop/computer. I have 2 laptops 1 HP and a Toshiba both with SD card readers, neither like SDHC so I had to buy a USB SDHC reader and it works a treat. I will point out that this is not the fault of the card or card manufacturer, but if you have to have a bigger card then its new technology and you will need new kit, otherwise buy 2 2Gb cards they will be OK.
SanDisk does not work in computer, 11 Aug 2008
Bought the 4 B SanDisk memory card, and like the previous customer I cannot get mine to read in my laptop, although it works in my camera. Not ideal as cannot transfer my photos to my laptop. Wont be using them again.
Faulty card., 06 Aug 2008
I don't think i've done anything stupid -camera supports sdhc and i've formatted etc but this card won't work for me - i just get a "faulty card" or "card error" message come up like some of the other customers on amazon have had when buying memeory cards. I'm off to buy another and try that.
Postage dimensions, 11 Jul 2008
I have found SanDisk cards to be the most reliable, and have been very happy with this particular card.
However, this product does not come in a cubic box, with sides measuring half a metre each. Nor does it weigh half a kilo.
Given that postage costs are partly calculated based on weight and dimensions, this data needs urgent correction.
Excellent service, 29 May 2008
Excellent service and value for money. I ordered this disc on Sunday evening and despite Monday being a bank holiday I received it in the post this morning. I checked the price against Argos and this one is a fraction of the price . It also holds thousands of pics at a high spec. What more could you ask for.

SanDisk 8GB SDHC Card, 29 Jul 2008
Shopped around for this and was very happy with the price on Amazon - especially as delivery was free.
Card arrived promptly, several days before the estimated delivery date.
SDHC Memory Card, 11 Jun 2008
I bought this card to partner my Canon 450D. It works a treat and is a competitive price. I was going to get one for my digital photo-frame too but held off as it was unclear whether the SDHC would work in the photo-frame. I tested it and it does. I have now ordered a second one for the photo-frame. Very pleased.
Slightly Disappointed... :-(, 17 Dec 2007
I was quite happy with the SanDisk SDHC 8gb memory card which works fine in my Casio EX-S880, but was really disappointed that the card is not recognised when I put it in my laptop SD reader... It would have been helpful if they had advised that it won't work in a SD Card reader...

It is very quick for add all of your songs, pictures, videos and applications. There are no problems that I have had with this memory card and would recommend it to anyone.

Miffed.., 28 Aug 2008
I got my card today after over a week of waiting, only to find it was a twin pack with one of the cards quite forcibly taken out - the packaging was torn and ripped..
I know the card will be fine as I've already got one but I'm a little concerned with the service!
Great card at a small price, 30 Jul 2008
Everyone knows about this card's storage space available. Though now there the Extreme IV and Ducati versions, with speed over 40MB/s, you really need a top-end camera or card reader.
But these babies now are presented in the 30MB/s version, well above what my camera can cope and even more than my Extreme USB reader can muster.
The speed, combined with no faults in years of severe usage/abuse, and a no-frills warranty make this the safest buy.
I wouldn't go above 4GB for security purposes.
Have I mentioned they're dirty cheap? :)
Good disk, great software!, 19 Jul 2008
I bought this disk as a replacement for a corrupted CF disk used in my Canon Ixus 400. I would probably have bought a cheaper one, but felt it worth paying the extra for the accompanying RescuePro software, just in case. It actually worked very well, recovering all but a few of the 100 or so pictures on the old corrupted disk.
Great card... great price, 04 Jul 2008
Firstly, I would say that this card is great. It affords me almost 1000 10.2 mp images - which is more than I would consider shaking a stick at and is faster than a squirrel with its tail on fire. It came with a little zipped pouch for storing 2 cards and rescue software on a mini cd - as other reviewers have stated. However, IT DID NOT COME WITH A CARD READER, as some reviews suggest. Either the offer has altered, or the reviewers are mistaken, or I've been sold a kipper and been told it's a salmon.
Don't get me wrong, it's still a great price, and it's the card I was primarily buying (hence 5 stars), but now I need to go and buy a reader, which I didn't 'cause I thought there was one included. Erm, DOH, I believe is the appropriate Homerism.
Best card out there, 25 Jun 2008
Top Quality as I have a new Olympus X520 & without being in raw format is fine mode I get 766 photos the detail & quality from this card can not be matched.
This is the works!!!Buy it.

SANDISK 8GB SECURE DIGITAL CARD, 03 Sep 2008
This card has been absolutely useless to me. It is not working and it has nearly destroyed all equipment i tried to use it with.

Fantasic memory card, 01 Sep 2008
The best price vs speed memory card that is currently on the market.
BUT!!
Be sure that your device will take SDHC SD cards, before buying it...!!
I've got mine in a Canon 450d, which works wonderfully with it.
Nice card, 31 Aug 2008
I bought this to go in my canon dslr and am very satisfied. I've been laughing non-stop at the guy that paid 450 quid for it though, lol lol lol lol lol.
Sandisk 4GB SD card, 22 Aug 2008
This is an excellent SDHC card, I've used the Extreme III 1GB and 2GB SD cards before so I know they are good, but this 4GB SDHC version is amazing. It is vital to check that your camera supports this type of card. For example, our Panasonic Lumix DMC-FX12 will not take a 4GB card unless it has the SDHC logo (ie a 4GB SD card will not work with the camera). This card also comes with the Rescue-Pro mini-cd which I have used before with great success to retrieve lost photos from a memory card, plus the usual little storage pouch, plus an SDHC MicroMate adaptor (other outlets selling this card do not all offer the adaptor).
I transferred twenty 5.5 megapixel photos from the card to my Windows Vista computer, and was stunned by the speed of transfer, ditto when deleting the photos from the card. It is instant.
I had responded to a 'one week only' offer from Amazon on August 6th 2008. The price given was £14.32 but when I logged onto the site a few days later, the price had risen to £14.79. It's still terrific value though. Amazon gave the delivery date as some time in September, but in fact, the card arrived within a week of the order. As it was part of a combined order (bringing the total to over £15) there was no postage charge either, plus I got Nectar points for ordering via the eNectar stores site. All in all a fantastic bargain.
Very good card, fast delivery, 19 Aug 2008
I have just bought the 4th Extreme III SDHC 4GB card. It is good value for money. I have only one question: why can I store only 1,500 pictures on 4GB card if I had 1,000 on 2GB card? Can anybody answer this question?
No problems at all, 15 Aug 2008
I haven't face any problems so far. good response. i am happy with this product and i use it with my Panasonic fz18 without any problems.

Customer Reviews
I have had this item for a while now, and it is perfect for the corresponding mobile.
It is very quick for add all of your songs, pictures, videos and applications. There are no problems that I have had with this memory card and would recommend it to anyone.
