this is a good phone. its like a samsung D600 but not as good.
Good points:
Music player
Camera and video

Bad points:
Not much place 2 save images/videos or have music. This means it is a MUST that you buy a memory card if u want 2 get the most out of this fone.
The bluetooth isnt the best in the world
sometimes the left button doesnt work [could just be my fone from getting water in it] but the buttons dont seem great anyway
But... there is no point in complaining...put it this way
if u wnat a good fone...ur gonna ave 2 pay more. so dnt complain like "oh my goddd!!! this camera on this fone is rubbish!! its only VGA!!!"

thx for readin nd gdbye :]
Great value phone!, 07 Nov 2007
This contains all the features you need in a phone: good size screen, FM radio, camera and memory card slot so you can use it as MP3 player. I've not had any of the problems mentioned by the previous reviewer, nor have any of my work colleagues and friends with the same model, so perhaps an isolated problem?
Terrible Build Quality, 08 Sep 2007
Brand new out of the box - insert battery - switch on - and the screen is blank -just pure white.
A quick search on the internet reveals that this is not the only one - the ribbon cable connecting the display is of poor quality and is often broken, if not immediately, then within a few months, so maybe this was a lucky escape - and a quick return for a refund.
I would not recommend buying this phone.

Everything you need to know, 28 Sep 2008
Well what can i say,
i have had the Pink Blackberry pearl for almost 6 months now and its a good phone for girlie girls. it gets alot of attention if your walking around or on the train.
i know when i was thinking of getting this phone i searched everywhere for reviews on it and comments on whether it was worth it, i couldnt find ANY that really helpted, so i want to spread a little knowledge.
what you get:
okay when you get the phone it will come in a box, mine was blue but that depends on where you buy it from,
inside the box will be, your Pink Blackberry Pearl,a charger, ear phones, usb connector(to attached to the pc)a case so it doesnt get scratched, two manuals and a cd to download the software(also for pc)
pros:
this phone has so many pros!
firstly the design is gorgeous. the pink is not too overwhelming.. like the name its a pearl like colour.
its extreamly light, very easy to forget its in your bag or coat pocket.
full qwerty keyboard with a special rolling mouse like button at the top to scroll through your menus.
it has superb games, so if your waiting for a friend or nothings on tv, just sit and play with it.
everything is pretty easy to use, when you switch it on it does take a few minutes to fully load so dont panic if its still showing that little hourglass 10 minutes in, that doesnt happen all the time!
it also starts off with a litte demo that will walk you through things, which i have to admit i thought i didnt need but it really does help!
you can use any earphones you want too!it has a voice recorder, video camera and a nice music player.i love the alarm because it goes off perfectly.you can hold many songs by itself but i reccomend buying a SD micro card(if your not sure which get the sandisk Micro SD HC) if your not sure about that any phone shop will understand!
cons:
well this phone may have lots of pros, but even the smallest of cons can make it harder to live with.
the camera is okay but quite dissapointing for a phone this up to date, i think its 1.5gb.
also i found after 2 hours of me having it the phone froze on phonebook and i couldnt go on it! but if that happens to you, then go to settings and change your details to GPS!
It only has one theme downloaded onto it so if you want to have more than you will have to buy contract and have internet connections, which is not an option for me.
it can also be difficult putting the micro card in!
all in all i do love this phone! all my cons have bin fixed so if you want this phone so much, get it and deal with it when the time comes because for the end result its an all round wonderful life long friend!
its great for work and pleasure!
the phone is defanetly 97% perfect, but im fussy :)
have fun with it and remeber if you need help email me..x

The BlackBerry Pearl 8110 is a lightweight handset. Unfortunately it looks and feels cheap and tacky, and for such a handset I'd expect better build quality.
The camera is very good, and camera controls are better than those on other handsets. If you want to use this phone for texting, composing replies with the QWERTY keyboard may be quicker once you've got used to it, but functions such as sending your reply aren't a one button click option like on most other handsets. This can prove to be fiddly and makes life with this handset much more difficult than it need be.
For push e-mail it's great, but unfortunately most people requiring these functions are those who are in business which uses something like Microsoft Exchange for e-mail.
For your typical personal user, this handset is overly-complicated. I also had issues in that the handset would not synchronise with either Windows Vista, XP, or Mac OS X 10.5, and I am far from a technophobe (in fact, I have a very technical background)! I find the Symbian OS far more user friendly and far less sluggish than the BlackBerry, and would suggest for most users that a Nokia N-Series would make a far better all-round handset than a BlackBerry.
Unfortunately my poor experience with this BlackBerry has put me off, to the point where I certainly wouldn't recommend it. This model really does look and feel cheap, and it has too few redeeming features to make it worthwhile owning. Save your money and buy a Nokia N-Series instead (or one of their E phones if you desperately want the BlackBerry e-mail compatibility)!

A nice phone - yes
reliable - yes
features - with modern phones it has a poor screen resolution, the attachible camera is a good quality but the screen cannot show all the quality.
i own one and i have had it for 4 years. would not pay over £15 for a new one.
it is a rubbish phone compared to the modern ones.
DONT PAY THE PRICE ABOVE
DONT BUY
FAR TO EXPENSIVE
with the money shown you could buy a lighter phone with a built in good quality camera, fm radio, video, better games, intenet, better ringtones, music organiser etc
DONT BUY THIS PHONE HERE
Sony t300, 18 Dec 2004
I personally own this phone. I bought it just over a year ago and for the cheap price, its a great phone. Mine also came with the attachable camera, and I would recommend that you buy an attachable camera, or check that the phone comes with one, so you can take photos and send them to friends and make good use of the technology the phone supports. I had a few problems from time to time with getting the phone to recognise when the camera was attached, which resulted in a few angry calls to Sony. This was fairly rare, and may be a one off. I very much hope they have changed their staff at call centers over the last year, because they had very little knowledge and were reading out of the user guide! I seemed to know more about the problem than them... The phone generally works quite well. If you want to be picky, it has a slower reaction when texting than some other brands, but only marginally. If you want a nice looking phone, this may not be for you. Its slightly bricky and the cover colours are dark green, red or black i think. The display and photos you take may look pixelated on your phone's display. However, they are recognisable, and I often send pictures I take to my email adress. Then I have the pictures on my computer and they are perfect and not pixelated at all, at about a 2.5x2.5 inch size (rough estimate). The polyphonic ringtones quality is good, and theres a couple of good preset ringtones that the phone comes with. The phone has a few cute Themes preset that you can choose, to go with the season (ie. a background and general colour scheme). Downloading ringtones and receiving pictures is sometimes a problem as the phone has little memory, but if you dont store loads of stuff its not a problem. I like it that the phone's screensaver is automatically a large display of the time. This is quite handy. I bought this phone as phones with integrated cameras were creeping out on the market, but obviously, being new they were very expensive. This was a good phone to have while waiting for phones with integrated cameras to be more widely available. That was great, because I had a phone that was the basic of the new technology and cheap. Now there are very cheap phones with integrated cameras that also look nice around, so the t300 will be going in a draw for spare. For the first couple of weeks using the t300, I found it different to the Nokia style I was used to but it is generally easy to use. If you're looking for a cheap phone that functions well, with an attachable camera as to not be completely behind the times, this is a great phone. It also has a nice sized screen and keypad and is generally easy to use.
Amazingly efficeint, 11 Oct 2004
i was amazed at how efficeint this service was. usually when buying from amazon you dont get a good deal, and there is a catch, but not so with this order. thank you!
T300 Sim Free, 09 Jul 2003
A fabulous phone with ployphonic ringtones, games, colour screen, WAP facility and changeable covers. You can also download new games, themes, screen savers, polyphonic ringtones, take pictures and send them to a mobile or computer. Best to go for a seller that includes and a sim free phone - meaning you can use it on any network, pay as you go or contract. Beware of low prices on New phones. Go for Used-Like New to avoid problems.

T300 Sim Free, 09 Jul 2003
A fabulous phone with ployphonic ringtones, games, colour screen, WAP facility and changeable covers. You can also download new games, themes, screen savers, polyphonic ringtones, take pictures and send them to a mobile or computer. Best to go for a seller that includes and a sim free phone - meaning you can use it on any network, pay as you go or contract. Beware of low prices on New phones. Go for Used-Like New to avoid problems.
Not quite there yet, RIM!, 07 Aug 2008
