Listen carefully!, 29 Aug 2008
Well let me say that I really liked these earphones. When my first pair arrived I liked them so much I immediately ordered a second as the price seemed so reasonable. They certainly did the job of cutting out the thumping dance beats at the gym and allowed me to listen to podcasts and my own choice of music in relative peace. When the first pair lost sound in the right earpiece after a few months use I assumed I might have snagged the cord and caused it myself; so I simply opened pair number two. But when exactly the same fault occurred, I read this comments list more fully and saw that others had suffered exactly the same fate. Well, I've just been on the phone to Amazon, was given the number of Creative Labs HQ in Ireland, got a reference number off them, called Amazon back and will shortly be returning the earphones and getting a refund. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. A bit of messing around and one international phone call to the worse but it's the principle rather than the price that made me determined to sort it out. Sadly it's twice bitten, thrice shy. I shall be hunting for different pair very shortly...
short lived excellence, 29 Aug 2008
As an awful lot of otherpeople have already stated about this product, they give excellent sound quality and are excellent for blocking out peripheral noise (excellent for London Buses!) BUT! they seem to have such a ridiculously short lifespan. I've had mine for little over a month and am already experiencing a similar problem to many other users whereby the sound in the right ear-piece cuts out frequently. You can fix this by wiggling around the jack but this is an exercise in frustration as it clearly loses sound again.
In short 5 stars for product when working, 1 star for longevity!
Fantastic quality, low price., 21 Aug 2008
I have never found a pair of headphones better than these for the price. They have good balance, they are good with all of those different technical frequancy stuff, which I've read about and agree with fully. They've got very good bass and are quite comfortable. I have to buy another pair though because I threw away the spare rubber ear bits and then lost the one on the earphone. But I don't mind because look at the price, BARGAIN!!!!
Many of my friends and family have bought the same ones as me because these are so good.
Wonderful, 18 Aug 2008
Using these as replacement for supplied earphones and no wonder I was getting ear irritation, these with the supplied rubbers for ear insertion make listening a very comfortable experience.
Eight Quid.....Bargain, 18 Aug 2008
Just received these little beauties through the post, ultra fast delivery by Amazon as usual.
I'll cut the bull, they are 8 quid, they knock spots off the pathetic earphones you will receive with your ipod.
My tip, ditch them immediately and buy yourself a pair of these. Bargain hunters will not be disappointed, all you designer branded, image conscious freaks might as well move on and read an anoraks review instead.
Really comfortable and actually stay in your ears.
Nothing more to add, you are looking at these earphones for a reason, they are brilliantly priced and they work...

Works with the HTC-S710, 04 Aug 2008
I've uploaded a couple of photos of what I received from Amazon on 2-Aug-2008; the microSDHC card and SD adapter.
The card works with my HTC-S710 Windows Mobile Smartphone.
It amazes me that such a tiny card can hold so much data and cost so little. It's so small that it isn't something I want to take out and put back into my phone on a regular basis because it is so fiddly to handle; I'll leave the data transferring to Bluetooth.
Not compatible with Garmin Edge 705, 22 Jul 2008
I bought this on an Amazon recommendation and when I received it (very promptly) discovered it was totally not compatible with Garmin Edge 705. Luckily, it does work with my mp3 player.
Was ok, but didn't last long, 18 Jul 2008
Does what it said on the tin. Useful little USB adaptor. Problem is I can't read / delete from it any more, as if it's locked in some way. Can still read files from it though.
Product description is incorrect, 12 Jul 2008
The card is fine, works as intended and I will be keeping it.
However potential buyers should be aware of a couple of things
1) The product description on Amazon is wrong. It states "SanDisk microSDHC 4GB card ships with Bonus MicroMate USB 2.0 SD/SDHC Reader" .... it doesn't come with this, only a microSDHC to SDHC adapter so you will need a card reader that supports SDHC cards to use it with your PC.
2) Its not supplied by Amazon, but by Indigostarfish, so in my case "1st class" delivery took 5 working days (you are advised of this when you order to be fair).
Compatability, 30 Jun 2008
I`m not sure if the information I found was correct, but I have found out that the sdhc card will only work in 35 products in the world. Great product! just make sure your device is compatable !

Great bit of kit, 08 Sep 2008
Bought this from indigostarfish. Genuine item and works perfect in my PSP with a MicroSD to Pro Duo adapter. Give me just under 8 gig, with no lag on my games or applications.
Will be buying another for my Sansa.
Very impressed for such a low price.
Works with Tocco, 01 Sep 2008
As others have said, this 8GB MicroSDHC card works with the Samsung Tocco (F480) mobile phone. I plugged my card in, turned the phone on, and it worked straight away. Although the documentation doesn't specify HC support, the fact the phone does allow up to 8GB (and you can only get > 4GB in SDHC, rather than standard SD format), implies that HC is supported.
No problems with inserting or removing the microSD card from the SD adapter, and didn't seem excessively fragile.
Comes with a nice little case too, for the card and adapter.
Great service, 26 Aug 2008
Works with my camera panasonic lumix tz-4 and produced excellent video and picture unlike my normal sdhc. If you'll record videos in your camera take note to use at least class 4 or class 6 memory card because you will find difference as soon you play in the big screen.
SanDisk - Flash memory card 8 GB - Class 4 - microSDHC with MobileMate Micro Reader, 04 Jul 2008
I got this the other day for my Nokia N95 and it works great.
Also the card reader is very handy.
Good but fragile, 23 Jun 2008
Card worked fine with HTC TyTn 2 (T-Mobile Vario 3), but the card bricked after about a month. First TomTom wouldn't load, then files disappeared, then an hour later the card was just a piece of plastic. Very inconvenient as I didn't have a backup of the map files with me.
I'm sure this is very unusual, but the company I bought it from on the Amazon Marketplace completely messed up the exchange - I've ended up with an 8 Gb SD card after about two months wait (to be fair, my return went missing in the post). It's not worth the hassle, so have given the SD to my gf for her camera. I'm buying another card, so will update this when it's arrived.

Excellent Printer. You won't be disappointed!, 29 Aug 2008
Many other people have described how good this printer is, but having seen it for myself I felt compelled to add my opinion and experiences...
Firstly, it is a large printer. The paper trays all fold in though, so when not in use it's relatively neat and dust-proof. (I'm convinced that dust in the sensors is what caused my old Epson to mis-feed all the time.)
Once you've installed the inks, you've got a 13 minute calibration time (automatic) and you're ready to go. No real need to look at the quick start guide, as the control panel and printer screen make this as easy to use as a photocopier. It's very intuative and clearly laid out.
Initially I tried a simple copy of a photograph. What surprised me (in order) are;
1. It scanned very quickly (compared to my Epson scanner, it's about three times faster)
2. The printing was so quiet I wasn't even sure it was doing anything until the paper started poking out.
3. The picture was produced faster than my old Epson (C46) could print text.
4. The quality was almost a perfect match for the photograph, with only a very slight colour cast.
I adjusted my printer settings, reducing the cyan a touch, and the next print was pretty much perfect, and still blindingly quick!
Next, an A4 borderless print, which was so clear, even and bright you would have thought it was a professional poster. An it only took just over a minute to print. Amazing.
Next, using cheap plain paper I tried some text. The quality was only set at "Good", not "Best" and it looked like it had come off a laser. Only faster. No joking, you could get paper cuts, it flies out that fast! A simple A4 letter with about 20 lines was printed in about 3 seconds.
Everything I've tried impresses me. CD printing (using the supplied software) is very easy, quick, and produces beautiful results. Scanning is very quick, with little warm-up time, and again gives very impressive results, even at the default of 300dpi.
The only drawback of this or any inkjet printer is the cost of the ink. It has 5 tanks ( three colour, one photo black and one text black) so should be more economical to run, plus there are many 3rd party suppliers of these inks for as little as £1.50 each, without the chip. You only need to take the chip out of the (supplied) original Canon ones and you're off, all be it without ink monitoring. Chipped inks can be found for £19 for a full set. You can even get large external tanks, so if you're prepared to chance 3rd party inks, this could be a much cheaper option than buying somethink like a Lexmark.
In all I've been very impressed with every aspect of this printer. Don't think you're saving money getting something a bit cheaper. This is a well built product that should last you many years, and with the performance and quality it's shown so far, you wouldn't want to change it either.
One of the best multi purpose machines, 13 Jul 2008
I needed a printer to replace a Xerox Phaser 6110 Colour Laser printer and also a scanner to scan old photos. After much deliberation between this and the Kodak, I opted for this machine and I am glad I did.
The machine was well packed and all the information needed to get you started in all there. The ink comes in 5 different tanks (cyan, magenta, yellow, black and pigment black). This is very handy because if 1 colour goes, just replace that ink. An old HP machine (and the Kodak I was looking at) had a tri-colour cartridge, so if only 1 colour went, you had to replace all. This is a waste of money and bad for the environment.
I have a Mac, and this printer came with the software to operate all the components via Mac and Windows. Not many printers come with dedicated Mac software, so another plus point.
The printer has 2 paper input trayte, one underneath and one on top. I have put a wad of A4 paper in the bottom tray, and when printing envelopes or on glossy paper, I feed this in the top, so no need to keep taking out the paper in the bottom tray. When you print, if it is not already open, the bottom flaps down so that the printed paper comes out, very handy. Print quality is very good to amazing, depending upon the quality of the paper. Also, printing is fast. Even a high quality print on gloss paper comes out quickly and with little noise.
If printing text, you have an option to duplex print (print both sides of the paper). If printing out a booklet or lots of pages, it is a very handy feature not normally found on printers in this price range.
If you have printable CD/DVD's then place them in the tray and slide it in the printer, the software will allow you to position any text/pictures and when ready, will print directly on the discs with amazing results.
The scanner is very quick. My last scanner was 8 years ago, and this is a big improvement. A lot quieter and much quicker producing high resolution images that can be easily edited and saved. A feature also allows you to adjust via the scanner such as red eye removal, de-fade images etc. Once scanned in only seconds, you can easily edit them in other software such as iphoto, Photoshop etc.
Of course, for duplicating pictures (copying) then you can use the printer without a PC connected. The front top flap lifts up to reveal a colour screen where you can easily navigate to scan, copy, photo-reprint, CD label print etc, as well as print images directly from a memory card inserted in the card slots on the right. With photo-reprints, you can enlarge a 6x4 photo to a 10x 15 etc, or enlarge just a section and produce multiple copies or a single copy. You can even connect a digital camera directly to the printer so no need to remove the memory card, but have not tried this yet.
The only drawback is that it is not network ready, so cannot connect it to the router but instead have to use a USB lead in the computer. You can buy a bluetooth dongle and make it a bluetooth printer, but these are almost half as much again as the printer was to buy.
Overall, I am still only just beginning to use all the facilities this great printer has to offer, and can recommend it to any Windows or Mac user who is looking for a printer and scanner.
Canon MP610 - Brilliant!, 12 Jul 2008
Mine arrived yesterday and was a doddle to set up. I installed it with no problems on my laptop with XP Pro - piece of cake. Photo prints are unbelievable. I printed a photo on 'standard' on ordinary supermarket cheapo paper and compared it with the same image printed a few days ago on quality paper set to 'best' print setting on my now redundant HP Photosmart 7450. NO COMPARISON!! Absolutely fantastic quality.
God send, 11 Jul 2008
Canon Pixma MP610, Photo All-in-One (3-in-1) with colour TFT screen and Easy Scroll Wheel.
Have just received one of these printers and although I have not really tested it fully , I have one thing to say about photo printing superb ! I had a Lexmark before and when i printed pictures they were terrible washed out ect , But the canon vibrant good reproduction , so easy the software takes you through every step, borderless printing is a snip my first thought was worth every penny go and treat yourself and buy one
Lovely bit of Kit, 02 Jul 2008
Extremely pleased with this purchase. Although I haven't tried every feature yet - printing and copying give excellent results - with decent speed. I like the interface to the features and the facility to feed paper from either a cassette or the rear of machine.
As other reviewers have stated, it takes about 45mins to 1hr to set-up ready for use, but the instructions and software install are easy to follow.
My only gripe and the reason I didn't give 5 stars (would like to give 4 and a half, but that's not possible) is no USB cable is provided to connect to the PC ? Every printer I've ever had previously - provided all the necessary bits - so why can't Canon - especially as it's only a few pounds worth of kit.
That said I do believe this machine is the best in it's class and relatively cheap too, and I would have no hesitation in recommending it.

short lived excellence, 29 Aug 2008
Initially I tried a simple copy of a photograph. What surprised me (in order) are;
Qualified vouching.., 08 May 2008
I have the Sony Ericsson K810i and this card has worked just fine.
I seem to recall formatting it using the phone.
Was a good price, and I've had no issues in the 6 months since I purchase it.
What more can you ask for?, 29 Jan 2008
I bought one of these about half a year ago, and it still works likes new. I haven't had any problems. Anyone who can't decide between this and the sony make - go for this one. I love sony but you are going to be wasting your money. It is alot more expensive and with sandisk you get the same thing for less.
thanx

product good... , 18 Oct 2007
i got 3 ordered and paid the postal charge for each unit. I thot since a good company, they will send seperately, as they charged seperately, But all three were send in one pack and they paid only for one package and cahrging me three times for package. This is very unfair. Amazon should take care on this. if it is charged then they shud implement or shud return me the remaining amount

Customer Reviews
I shall be hunting for different pair very shortly...

product good... , 18 Oct 2007
i got 3 ordered and paid the postal charge for each unit. I thot since a good company, they will send seperately, as they charged seperately, But all three were send in one pack and they paid only for one package and cahrging me three times for package. This is very unfair. Amazon should take care on this. if it is charged then they shud implement or shud return me the remaining amount
Great for the Wii, 04 Sep 2008
A great product, as usual with Kingston, stuck it straight in the Wii with no problems. 2Gb provides over 15000 save slots!
Bargain.
Nice little card, the adaptor isn't too bad either., 28 Aug 2008
I ordered this product over the weekend and took about 3 days to get here so that's top notch delivery for me. The card itself is a tiny little thing but it works in my Samsung phone which is what I bought it for so there's a thumbs up. The only downside (for me at least) is the adaptor. I put the card in and it took me about 5 minutes to get it back out again! But at least I got it so I'm still a happy man. Great product all round.
We can see for ourselves, 25 May 2008
People rely on reviews in order to give them a good idea of the quality of the PRODUCT.
Countless low scores over a POSTAGE issue skews the data and prevents people from obtaining an accurate rating for the item. Everyone is perfectly capable of assesing wether an items postage is excessive and they can make their own decision based on that as to wether to purchase or not.
If you dont want to buy from amazon, that's your choice, but stop giving low ratings because you cant read order summeries correctly.
Read the instructions and all is good!, 01 May 2008
As stated in the manufacturers review above "Although identical in size to today's standard miniSD card, the new miniSDHC cards are designed differently and are only recognized by miniSDHC host devices" and "Features: Compatible with miniSDHC host devices; not compatible with standard miniSD-enabled devices/readers"
Check before you buy. If your device supports SDHC, then this product is perfect. If you don't check before you buy, then you can make yourself look silly.

Customer Reviews
Initially I tried a simple copy of a photograph. What surprised me (in order) are;
It is alot more expensive and with sandisk you get the same thing for less.
thanx

No problems at all, 03 Sep 2008
Light and comfortable. Sound is very good. No problems with lack of bass as others have said. If you use these on a poor system then you will get poor sound. That may be the problem for people giving them no stars. I use them on my stereo & computer but I have tried them on my iPod and have no problems with sound levels. Perhaps iPod listeners like the volume a lot higher than I do. At £8.95 +p&p they are a very good buy.
Pure Quality, 04 Aug 2008
Very high quality affordable headphones.
I was suprised at the sound quality of these headphones for the price.
Highly recommended.
HD201 & X-Box, 28 Jul 2008
I wanted to buy a pair of closed back headphones as an upgrade to my expired JVCs (which were RUBBISH!). I chose Sennheiser as a reputable brand. I was originally going to buy the 555's at over £50 but decided to buy the most inexpensive set (these 201's) as I'm only going to be using these with my X-Box not for music.
I am delighted to say that for just over a tenner, these are a real bargain! As an upgrade to a cheapy set, these are exactly what you're after. However, regarding the audio I would have like more bass.. but I think I'll have to spend a bit more. I'm going to to run these through a decoder so I'll let you know if this makes any difference.
The cups are a little small & could do with more padding but I'm being picky. I can recommend these for playing games & watching movies, I can't comment with music though. Honestly at around £11 you can't go wrong.. My JVC's were £15!!
Buy these headphones., 05 Jul 2008
This is the best 12 pounds I've spent in my life, the quality for the price you pay is so good its wrong! As soon as I plugged these in a was blown away with the depth and richness of the sound produced and found them rather comfortable also.
These headphones are fantastic for both casual listening and studio recording and monitoring because there is very little sound colouration.
I can't believe how much of a bargain these headphones are, buy some now.
cheap and very good, 01 Jul 2008
The price is really good for these headphones, very comfortable , sound is clear and are excellent for those who just need to get headphones for a low price.
