Small, cool, quiet and fast, 15 Nov 2008
The best of a variety of external HDD's I've used. I store VMware images on mine, and my virtual machines run great even though they're on a USB drive. With the compact size, and the fact that it is cool and quiet I highly recommend.
Plug and play??, 12 Nov 2008
It plugged in - but that was it. Little blue light and a clicking noise. No docs with unit. No help from manufacturer. Am returning to Amazon with a view to purchasing product from another manufacturer - can anyone suggest a reliable back up drive?
most helpful storage device yet.., 08 Nov 2008
Just so easy to use. Plug in, set up and start using. I can take all my photos and music wherever and with the WD sync software, all my work too. No annoying plug in leads. Great buy.
Compatible with macs, 04 Nov 2008
Bought this WD passport to back up all my files from my imac. Works perfectly, plugged it in and within half an hour all my files were backed up and i didn't have to do a thing! Macs with leopard have a program called time machine and this back-ups your files every hour by itself. Trust me Its idiot-proof!

Excellent - Buy one !, 31 Oct 2008
I bought mine through a local dealer ( not any fault of Amazon ) but I am very impressed with this mouse and how it performs.
I have it connected to my HP laptop 17" widescreen and it flits acrosss the screen with little movement from my hand.
It is bug enough that it doesn't make your hand hurt but small enough to tuck into a side pocket on your laptop bag.
Fantastic product Buy one now !
A design triumph, 20 Oct 2008
I never thought I'd describe a mouse as beautiful - but this is a lovely thing.
Getting it set up could hardly be easier. Insert battery (supplied); insert neat little USB receiver into a USB port in your computer; and you're away. If you have a Mac, as I do, and you want to maximise your use of the mouse by configuring it, then you should also insert the DVD and follow the simple instructions. Again, this takes a moment and is a doddle.
Although designed for easy transport with a laptop it sits nicely under the hand and isn't too small. The controls are clear, definite and precise. And it feels well made.
Why not 5 stars? Two tiny gripes: I have USB ports on both sides of my laptop, and it only responds to the USB on the same side as the mouse, which is very slightly limiting. And second, our desk has a glass top which it doesn't like. We have had to get a mouse mat - which I'd prefer not to have, but hardly a deal breaker.
Mac users may be interested to know that we got this because my wife was getting arthritic symptoms in her thumb from sustained use of the MacBook Pro trackpad. Problem now solved.
Strongly recommended - and great value.
Great mouse, battery life not as good as claimed, 16 Oct 2008
All the positive feedback you see on other reviews I would agree with. The only thing is the battery life: I use it 8 hours a day and a brand new set of Duracells went flat in 6 weeks, not the claimed 6 months.
Other than that I can't fault it. But then what did I expect when I use it flat out all day every day.
Perfect MacBook Pro companion, 11 Oct 2008
I purchased this mouse after seeing a fellow Flickr members photograph. I've recently purchased a MacBook Pro and wanted a good mouse to go with it as mice are easier to use for designing and such. This mouse is absolutely amazing. The receiver looks tiny in images and it really is! As others have stated you can easily leave it in a spare USB port and not bother taking out. The Logitech control panel for Mac OS X is beautiful, simple and easy to use. You can customise the extra buttons and control Expose with the mouse. I booted into Windows via BootCamp and although I haven't installed the Logitech software in Windows yet, the mouse worked fine.
The mouse is tiny but it feels comfortable in my hand and although I've not had it long, I've had no problem with cramps or anything as of yet. I also loved how you can place the tiny receiver into the mouse when you're not using it. It is an EXTREMELY useful feature as you can take your mouse to another computer, a friends house and NOT lose the receiver, which wouldn't be hard as it's so tiny. Not only that but you get a sweet little carry pouch to protect the mouse. PERFECT.
I can't think of anything cons about this mouse...
I can't recommend this mouse enough, it's an amazing little mouse and for a bargain price - it makes the perfect MacBook companion! I've paid £40 for a BT Apple mouse before and that was rubbish (no scroll or even right click) and that is nowhere near as good as this mouse. More expensive isn't always better!
superb product!, 06 Oct 2008
bought this product on the 4th n arrived on the 6th! looks brilliant with a sleek design n no excessive buttons! plugged into a free USB port n worked instantly! the receiver is very miniature n easily storable in the battery compartment!
the middle button is especially good as it has 2 modes, 1 for free scrolling n the other for controlled scrolling!
all in all, an excellent item however dont use the software bundled as its SetPoint v4.4, not v4.6, which is outdated!
keep up the good work, Logitech!

I got this mouse for my laptop because my touch pad kept on freezing.
And I have to say it's not something i am going to regret anytime soon.
It's quite, the roller is not stiff, you don't need to shove it. It's a very attractive well designed mouse.

£10!!???? Ive seen worse cases for £40!!!!!!!, 04 Nov 2008
I paid £9.96 for this bag with free postage. Was very sceptical at first but read the reviews which were all positive. Like the reviews stated i was not disapointed with the item bought from base. I have a Advent 15.4 inch laptop and it fits perfectly. has a strap to hold it in place on the side and over the top of the laptop which is excellent. I just have enough room left at side for the power cables which was a pleasant surpise. There is a reasonable sized velcro pocket inside which i use for my wireless mouse and adaptor. (this would make a good pouch for cd's). There are also other areas for pens and business cards. Also behind all this is a large pouch which could be used for storage of the shoulder strap and magazines or newspapers. The external velcro pocket could be used for the same stuff or anything else you take on your travels. Its a bit of a looker too, i think it looks really smart, perfect for either a student or businessman. Just got the case however it looks very solid and durable and i will expect to be using it still when i go to get a new laptop in several years. As the title says it only cost £10 and i cannot imagine anybody finding a better case for the money. I have seen bags at four times the price and not being as good as this one, let alone four times better. Buy and you'll not regret it.
Simple and good value for money, 11 Sep 2008
I had doubts about whether this would be good because of its low price but I was surprised at its quality.
Ad: Good layout. Plenty of space for all cables, mouse, cds and other documents. Fits a 15.4" widescreen well. Pretty hardwearing exterior. Low price. Good amount of padding. Shoulder strap comfortable.
Dis: A slightly cluncky look.
I would highly recommend this item if you are looking for a functional and durable laptop case.
Highly recommended item, 23 Jul 2008
I have just received a Belkin Laptop Computer Storage bag, purchased for £7.99. This is superior to many I have seen over the £30.00 mark in High Street stores. Really recommend this item
Outstanding Value, 05 Jan 2008
Belkin is known and trusted for its anti-surge and other electronic components so a case at this price by Belkin? Is it any good?
Yes it is definitely. It not only looks good but the design is exceptional.
It holds a 15.4 inch laptop comfortably with plenty of room for accessories such as an optical mouse, the cable and adaptor, documents, pens, even your mobile phone and ID card.
Buy with complete confidence.
I was sceptical at this price, but now i am a very satisfied customer.
Fantastic case for a fantastic price, 24 Nov 2007
When I decided I needed a new case for my laptop, I set myself a budget of £40. When I saw this and its incredibly low price on Amazon, I had my doubts but I decided to risk it anyway ... and I'm so glad that I did.
This case is smart enough for office workers and cheap enough for students. An adjustable velcro band stores your laptop securely and there is a strap provided to make it easy to carry the case around. There are wallets and pockets for almost anything that you would wish to have handy when out and about.
Made for 15-inch screen laptops, the case is not massive by any means but it's still big enough to house all those essential accessories. In addition to my laptop, I have managed to fit in the bulky power cable, portable speakers, a USB modem, a mouse and a USB hub. There's still plenty of space left for CDs, pads, documents, etc.
Belkin have thought of everything and have come up with a top product which should really be much more expensive that it is. So don't hesitate like me and do your laptop a favour by getting one!

I Am Very Glad With This Mouse, 27 Sep 2008
I got this mouse for my laptop because my touch pad kept on freezing.
And I have to say it's not something i am going to regret anytime soon.
It's quite, the roller is not stiff, you don't need to shove it. It's a very attractive well designed mouse.
Overall 5/5

I thought I'd wrecked our new TV screen ....., 19 Nov 2008
We have a fairly new 37" LCD TV and I cleaned it with the cloth provided (it said use damp). It left white streaks across the television screen. I was horrified. When I re-read the instructions, the cloth was actually for cleaning the surround but no advice was given for the screen! Gently rubbing the streaks with a soft, dry cloth did nothing. Then I found this product and read the reviews.
The cleaning gel arrived today and - hurrah! The screen is now clean, clear and streak-free. I have also just cleaned my LCD computer monitor screen with the same success.
I therefore totally recommend this product.
Excellent Product !! Excellent Value for Money !!, 14 Nov 2008
Previously I had been using paper screen wipes to clean my laptop screen but when I bought a new 26" TV I thought this investment deserved something better.
Also I had noticed that the screen wipes are tending to be a little dry when I pull them out its container.
The product was despatched and arrived very quickly.
I've been using it for the last few weeks and I am delighted with its cleaning power and ease of use.
It is excellent value for money especially as only a very small amount of gell is required and the cloth is machine washable.
Despite the very poor review I have just read, I have no hesitation in giving this product "5 Stars" and recommending it to others for all LCD screens such as in laptops and TVs.
ALL THESE PPL WITH PERFECT FIVE STAR REVIEWS DON'T HAVE A CLUE OBVIOUSLY, 30 Oct 2008
GOT MY CLEANER THOUGHT SINCE EVERY SINGLE PERSON HAD GIVEN IT AND FIVE STAR REVIEW THAT IT WOULD BE GREAT BUT NOOOOOOOOOO, SOME PPL ON HERE SAID THEY CLEANED THERE PC MONITOR'S WITH IT AND THEY CAME OUT NEW AND LEFT NO STREAKS, WHAT A LOAD OF RUBBISH THAT IS, I SPRAYED IT NO MORE THAN THREE PRESSES ONTO MY 19" SAMSUNG SYNCMASTER 920LM MONITOR AND STARTED TO CLEAN WITH THE MICROFIBRE CLOTH THAT COMES WITH IT, AFTER IT HAD WAS 10 TIMES WORSE THAN BEFORE STREAKS EVERYWHERE. WHAT A CRAP PRODUCT
This Works!, 25 Oct 2008
I noticed my 1 year old daughter's finger marks on the bottom half of my Sony LCD set. I intially tried to remove them with a dry lint-free cloth which left streaks...and then a slightly damp cloth which left streaks...and then other products including Cillit bang degreaser (which was actually the best of the lot suprisingly) which left streaks! I tried this Philips gel and it works fantastically! My TV is now smear free and finger mark free (until the next time). My TV now looks great. Definitely recommended... and it's only £5.12!!!
Great for Panasonic Plasma, 22 Oct 2008
Wanted a cleaning solution and cloth that wouldn't scratch my new-ish plasma which is regularly covered in toddler hand prints.
Simply put, this is great - can highly recommend it for a Panasonic 37PX80 at least!

Superb piece of kit in every respect, 07 Nov 2008
I had an Apple Wireless Mighty Mouse before this and I must say it beats it hands down! Lightweight and portable as well as perfectly at home on your desk, the tracking is excellent and the extra functions (for macs anyway) a stroke of genius - you can personalise the scroll wheel (which also tilts from side to side) to use Spaces, Expose, Applications - practically whatever you want. The amount of control this very well-priced mouse gives you is unparalleled for any non-professional user.
Does the Job, 20 Oct 2008
Small, simple to set up (didn't require any software to be loaded) and works like a charm. Connects automatically either at boot-up (as long as you remember to turn it on) or afterwards. Even comes with two AA batteries and a carrying bag. Perfect for Laptop and Netbook users. Highly recommended.
Excellent, 07 Oct 2008
This mouse paired easily with my iMac, without having to use the software included. It tracks very well, and fits nicely into my hand. Matches perfectly with Mac and keyboard too!
Very Happy, 10 Sep 2008
This is a great bluetooth mouse for my macbook. Small and portable. Comes with a little case. Works a treat. Easy to sync. No adapter needed which is great.
If you're used to using an Apple mouse, you might find this too small., 05 Sep 2008
I had to revert to using an old wired Apple mouse due to pains across my hand when using this.

Overall 5/5
Exactly what it says on the tin, 08 Nov 2008
I bought the notebook sleeve just to protect my laptop from being scratched when it's in my bag and it does the job perfectly.
Don't expect it to protect your laptop from any drops.
Sexy Little Black Number, 04 Oct 2008
Similar to the previous review, this case fits my 15.4 HP laptop perfectly. There is a tiny but of give which is good. This case is ideal for me as i have no plans to be carrying my laptop around, i just wanted that bit of extra proection for it whilst it was aound the house. This case is perfect for doing that job.
The case itself is extremely well made and will do a good job of protecting my laptop (obviously to a degree). It's also, which i feel is important to, very nice on the eye. All in all a highly recommended item.
good fit and style, 21 Aug 2008
Since when buying this laptop case I noticed how many comments had been left about other cases not fitting thought I would say this one is a perfect fit for my 15.4" acer aspire 5720 so if you have this laptop or one of similar size this bag will be perfect. Looks great too and good value for money.
