Customer Reviews
Not so easy to use; free airtime not obtainable, 13 Nov 2008
My mother is still trying to figure out how to use this phone; it's not nearly as simple as it should be.
It turned out to be impossible to get the promised £10 of free airtime; my mother's local Orange phone shop spent ages trying to get it, but gave up; the code had already been activated (by someone else??), but no balance was credited to my mother's phone...
HARD WORK!!, 01 Nov 2008
This Phone was bought for my mum who struggles with most tecnology, in the hopes that the big screen and simplistic controls would be an asset, rather than a chore as is has become.
The phone is just flustrating to opperate, text messages are read with one word on the screen at a time which makes it labourious.
On the plus side if you want just to make calls it is fine as long as you can find the numbers as the names are so big they fill the screen.
A great idea, but needs just a little more thought put in to making a phone which is a more user friendly.
