Great Sound, 18 Nov 2008
I ordered this after going through reviews and comparing with other products with the reviews/prices and technical spec given.
I can say that this give great quality of sounds and easy of setup, worth for the money you spend. The box requires bit of space but you can keep it under the table and the speakers are nice and small.
Crystal clear sound, 17 Nov 2008
The product arrived extremely fast..Very happy with the speakers, arrived just as described. Thank you.
I'd rather have the Z4 speaker system than the Z4 car, 09 Nov 2008
Upgrading from my stock speakers that came with the computer, I think I couldn't have bought a better (both in quality and value) speaker system for the money.
Purchasing them for £50 at the time, I was concerned that the price meant I was buying into inferior quality. I needent have worried. These speakers redefined the way I listen to music.
Ease of use: 10/10
After getting them out of the box they were set up in less than five minutes. I was concerned, from reading other reviews, that the length of the cables would mean that my weird desktop arrangement wouldn't match up. But they did! So it was all smiles there.
The remote control thingy is fantastic. A blue LED says you've made it as far as you'll ever need to get in life, and the bass control can have your mug shaking or it can be non existant, at the turn of a dial. Volume is there in quantities you'll never use too.
Sound quality: 9/10
As mentioned above, volume will never be in short supply, and the bass will shake your room. However the volume can be lowered to any level, and the bass can be completely turned off or adjusted to a level that suits your needs. There is no distortion in the bass, and the speakers are crisp with high bit rate music.
My only quibble is that sometimes the mid range seems to fall away a little. This is a small gripe and I don't have a very tuned ear so it may be that, or the actual kbps of my music.
The bass is sharp and pugnacious, the tweeter tweets and the system rocks. Look no further.
Fantastic full bodied sound, 08 Nov 2008
This is my first review for Amazon, and what better product than these brilliant PC speakers. I have to say that if I weren't so blown away by them, I wouldn't bother to write a review. I actually bought these in a shop as opposed to ordering them online.
Some things worth noting. Firstly and foremost, the sound quality is fantastic. Excellent crystal clear treble, vibrant colourful mids and of course the low end bass is mind blowing. It actually sounds miles better than my Sony DAV-IS10 home cinema, which is a £400 unit!! In terms of loudness, as many other people have stated, it's more than enough to fill a pretty large room. I have my volume dial set at 33% and it's really loud in this quite small office type room.
Someone else made a note of the satelite speakers being made of metal as opposed to plastic, and I think this is worth reiterating. These speakers are quite heavy: a sign of good components. The Sub is especially heavy and the 7 or 8 inch bass driver does its job getting those realy low frequencies. E.g: Pussy Cat Dolls - don't Cha.
No distortion and no background hum or hiss.
As I say, music is full bodied, rich in sound, the spatial separation is again excellent. Youtube videos suddently become alive instead of this little thing in the middle of the screen. It's amazing what sound can do.
Overall, I rate them 5 stars. Excellent build quality, value for money and they sound like an expensive hi-fi, really.
Brilliant!, 26 Sep 2008
I was looking for a desktop speaker set for my laptop and mp3 player. Seeing the ratings and reviews, I decided to go for this one and I must say you get really a good quality set of speakers for this value. Good design, I like the big remote control which grips the surface of your desk. I'm no sound expert but I can say the bass feels really clear and basically you enjoy what you're listening to on loud or less volumes clearly. I'm using this for my tiny room which is around 5*5 meter but I guess it also would do good in a large living room for a possible house party. Go for it!

You wont get better sound for your money (Great for TV), 12 Nov 2008
I was actually looking to improve the sound on my new Samsung 42 TV without going for the 5 speaker surroundsound with tons of cables, you know just make it better, not like a cinema. Well after reading the reviews I thought what the hell can always use them on the laptop so i went ahead and bought the T10. Must say they have absolutely transformed the TV at one tenth of the cost of surroundsound. The quality of sound is fantastic for something this price and size, the bass is excellent, trebles sharp, personally leave on full tone, you dont seem to get any less bass. It has transformed listening to music channels, they are simple but really, do you need anything else? I connected them directly to the headphone socket on the tv, they also have the black shiny case as per the Samsung, really you wont get more sound for your bucks. So impressed am I that i'm buying another pair for my Laptop.
Worth twice the money, 05 Nov 2008
At £33 these are very nice speakers. Good balance and separation, clear sound. Don't delay.
Very Impressive, 30 Oct 2008
Well, thanks to all you lovely Amazon Buyers who told me how good these speakers are,I bought them on the strength of very good reviews , and can now affirm how fab they are. Finally realised the audio potential of my HP Pavilion + Vista Media Centre PC, 2 minutes outa the box, and I no longer need my HiFi set-up. No question - if you need PC/Laptop speakers, these are the business, Buy + enjoy. I recommend William Orbit - Strange Cargo 3, Awesome.
Better than the T20s, 29 Oct 2008
I wanted to write this for anyone who can't choose between these and the more expensive T20s. I have both and I have to say that in my opinion these sound better by far. I don't know what it is that makes these little speakers sound so great, but maybe it is the fact that they sound so interesting. They have a warm, detailed sound. Of course they aren't hi fi but I like them so much I dismantled my £2000 stereo and I listen to music on my pc now with a soundblaster external card and a pair of these. The T20s are wired to a turntable via a phono stage, and they sound good with that because of the softer sound: with a pc the T20s are tinny and sibillant.
Great little speakers., 23 Oct 2008
Creative Inspire T10 Speaker Set
Great speakers that I've bought for my pc in a fairly small room (8 x 8). CDs and radio sound great. I might feasibly want more volume but it is hard to judge with them being positioned so close - does that make sense? They might be better for a larger room because they do sound fantastic from downstairs! I'm going to clear some clutter from this room to enhance the sound. They are great though. Katherine Jenkins (ahhhhhhh) is currently warbling through them via cd and I've also road tested Husker Du on U-tube. One review mentioned how the sound improved (how does that work?) and it does seem to be the case.

Only one thing to say...
Superb
I bought these for a bit more than they are going at now (ah fiddles) but even with the price i paid i am beyond happy with the spectacular performance that these speakers give.
A simple list for you:
They are easy to set up
They are compatible with anything that has an audio jack (that includes my TV so give a great gaming/movie experience on both TV and laptop)
They give out awsome, crisp sound (the subwoofer gives awsome base to all genres of music i force on it)
They are cheap for the quality, very cheap. When you look for other speakers that pump out 50 watts your looking at prices a lot higher than this.
And also they look good, a nice sleek black, and the speakers swivel to allow for wall mounting as well (aswome)
Overall a spectacular little sounds system, if you're looking for system look no further.
Not For Pizza lovers..., 03 Nov 2008
They looked great. But sounded terrible, i could still hear Michael Bolton, Westlife, Status Quo And James Blunt
Hope This review Helps.
In case of emergency, buy these!, 31 Oct 2008
My ipod speaker would nt work whilst on a greek holiday and I needed an alternative. Managed to buy these without the benefit of reading reviews. I am impressed. Similar sound to the Altec im7 which had packed up (my fault) which is loud, bassy and clear. no tone adjustments but it did nt need any. Surprisingly good mid range, this can be a major problem on other 2.1 systems, but not here. Smuuggled it home in my suitcase and now it does a sterling job connected to my laptop. I really cant find fault with it and the quoted power outputs are at least truthful if not conservative.
Very Very good value with enormous potential , 24 Oct 2008
I spend my life looking for that right sound. And I must confess to having more than one hi-fi/subwoofer in my home.
Compared with the pricey options, these speakers come in a distant second. But compared with normal stereo computer speakers, these Logitech defeat them hands down. In fact, you'll wonder how you ever lived life without them.
But suppose you want that £500 pound sound from these speakers and have them compete with expensive hi-fi? here's the trick if you're hooking them up to your PC/Laptop:
Download the surround-sound plug-in with WOW SRS effect from the surround-sound store (I promise you I am not an agent for them). There are two SRS options, one for $15 and one for $25.
Connect that SRS sound onto your PC and hook up that to these speakers and prepared to be AMAZED!!!
You will thank me. So, in advance, you are welcome.
Logitech X-210 Speakers (2.0), 10 Oct 2008
These are great speakers with excellent sound output and true value for money.
The only challenge I found is that when you plug in headphones to the control box it mutes the speakers but you have no control over the volume level to the headphones because the audio is comming directly from the sound card to the control box.
I would recomend having a keyboard with volume control built in to avoid having to alter the computer volume level each time you use the headphones.

Size isn't everything., 30 Oct 2008
Fast delivery from Amazon (as usual) I bought these for under £15 and was not expecting to much, wrong, best £15 spent in a long while, nice "smooth" sound and plenty of volume plus a "bass box" made these speakers very pleasing on the ear. If your in doubt like I was, give them a go, you won't be disappointed, small in size but don't let that fool you, they ARE up for the job, even a desktop remote(complete with headphone jack) that operates the volume of these super little speakers,
Thank-You Amazon,
Mr A Thompson.

Logitech OEM S220 2.1 Speaker Black
I bought this for my creative zen 8gb and it works just fine i was worried about it paying but it is really easy and provides great sound for a bargain player. i have a nice stereo downstairs and i rarely use it but now with my mp3 player upstairs i use it all the time it is really loud for the size of house we have and i would recommend it. i don't doubt that better exist but if it is jut for use within a room and not for a party then this is as loud as anyone could want. Are there better systems ....yes of course but how much do you want to pay? 15 sobs and I am happy as larry...simple (big plus for me it works with my zen as nearly everything is advertised with ipods...cool looking but expensive and you can't add memory...buy a zen with built in radio and SD card slot i have two 8 gb cards with an 8 gb player - apple can not match that for the price..screw the white headphone I want storage and value :-) ..and a radio!!)
The price says it all, 29 Aug 2008
Bought these speakers on impulse, based purely on the low price and because I wanted a sub-woofer for the computer in the study.
VERDICT?
Well they do supply bass so I can't complain there, but to be honest the sound quality is not the best.
Turn the volume up on the PC and the speakers struggle.
The woofer has no on/off switch so power is constantly on (not very energy efficient) and becasue of this it constantly hums when not in use (unless of course you turn it off at the mains)
On they plus side, the black shiny speakers look nice.
Just a pity they don't actually sound as good as they look.
Cracking Buy, 15 Aug 2008
Very good sound quality and amazing finish (piano gloss black to match my monitors) at an great price. Wouldn't look anywhere else. If there has to be any critisism, the on/off switch is a bit fiddly and a blob of Blutack is needed to stop volume control drifting about.
(: Fantastic Sound and Value For Money :), 05 Aug 2008
I bought this product as i was fed up of having no bass (or not very good) on my laptop speakers. I needed speakers with a sub woofer and they had to be good value for money. I love these speakers, they came before delivery estimated date and I love them. They are moreso great as you can change the level of bass you have coming from the sub woofer and are fantastic quality sound.
Overall definately recommended product and it is fab!
Thankyou Logitech! :)

Customer Reviews
Beyond expectations, 11 Nov 2008

Really top sound - no subwoofer needed!, 09 Nov 2008
I was convinced I needed a speaker set with a subwoofer but my other half (correctly as it turned out, dammit) said to forget a subwoofer because at the cheaper end of the market they all tend to be very poor, with more boom than bass. To be honest, I hoped to get a set of speakers for around the twenty pound mark, but clearly, as these speakers demonstrate, you do get what you pay for and I am very glad I pushed the budget up a bit higher because I think it is paying off already in terms of listening enjoyment.
So, having been persuaded to opt for the T20's, I have to say that I am very impressed with the excellent sound and the rich, full bass these speakers produce. I know that they will 'bed in' over the next few days too and the sound will get even better.
My one and only niggle is with the very bright blue power light - it was so distracting when I was trying to use the PC that I have taken the black touch-up paint stick for the car and painted over the light, I can now concentrate on the PC and the music without getting dazzled.
I was able to redeem my Nectar points to buy these in a well known catalogue store so all the points I have saved by clicking through from the Nectar website to Amazon each time have been put to good use.
All is well with the world now I have these speakers! (Okay, thats probably a bit of an exageration, but you know what I mean!)
A superb 2.0 speaker , 07 Nov 2008
I should this speaker was excellent to use for my laptop, sounds very clearer , high in volume. Although you may think it is just 2.0 speaker and you are considering a 2.1 with a subwoofer which may better. I should say "not" because I think T20 give enough bass rather than those 2.1 one got a huge subwoofer, because the bass may overcross the sound from the music.
Lastly in my opinion, if you a thinking to buy a T20 or T40, i will say T20 is enough for your home audio speaker in just 45pounds. If you want to enjoy more real music and not worry about the cost, T40 is more suitable.
But remember the size of T20 is already big, i may say T40 is a bit large.
A decent speaker, 03 Nov 2008
First of all the cons.
1)The power transformer cable is 2m (I know that's standard but longer would be nice).
2)The transformer itself is quite wide and could be a tight squeeze if placed alongside another large plug.
3)The blue LED which indicates the speakers are on is so powerful it is downright annoying. (I covered mine up with some insulation tape).
4)The speakers have plenty of mid-bass but lack the low down grunt a decent 2.1 system supplies. These are rated down to 50hz which is lower than my Mordaunt-Shorts! Even with careful positioning I just don't believe it.
5)They are in no way comparable to hi-fi. Treble is metallic, mid-range lacks depth and clarity and the mid-bass is heavily coloured by the enclosures.
6)The volume control is also the on/off.
Now the Pros:
1)Although not of hi-fi quality they produce a level of sound quality beyond your average PC 2.0 speaker.
2)For only 14 watts RMS per channel they produce a hell of a lot of volume.
3)Build quality is excellent. The plastic enclosures are light but solid and the controls have also have a solid feel to them.
4)They look great. (Personal opinion I agree.)
5)Simple to set up and more convenient than 2.1 or 5.1.
6)Shielded so you can place them anywhere.
To sum up I bought these to replace a Yamaha 5.1 DTS system which sadly blew up after many years use and although they can't match the Yamaha's in the DVD enviroment they put up a credible performance nonetheless.
And when it comes to gaming you never miss any dialogue as you change position.
All in all a good compromise and a great little pair of speakers. Recommended. Just don't expect genuine hi-fi quality which at this price would be unreasonable.
bigger than expected, 01 Nov 2008
i was expecting to find something a little smaller when i opened the box. well worth the expense. the performance is very good, cutting through the high noise environment to deliver a full rounded sound, if i had to say something negative i would say they are lacking a little bass. but that could be because of where i use them. idea as laptop speakers.
Very decent sounds, 18 Oct 2008
having read the positive reviews people gave for these speakers I was quite confident that I wasnt going to be let down by its quality. I was right, even with its relative small size compared to some 2.1 sets, the T20 performance fares really well in audio quality. Having owned previously a Logitech Z3 , I wasnt expecting too much for the T20 bass performance, to my surprise it actually deliver some pretty good low ranges, not to mention the excellent mids and highs. Even when I crank it up loud (45%-55%) there is hardly any loss in clarity. Since I happened to have Creative ZS soundcard for notebook, I used that with the T20, I couldnt notice much difference in quality compared to plugging it directly without soundcard. The reason i said this is because when I use my sennheiser pc151 headset , i could notice that the audio quality is much better with ZS plugged in than without.
One thing about the bass is that although it is there, no doubt, still it isnt same kind of punchy deep base given by the Z3, kind of like synthetic bass , nevertheless it good enough by my standard I think...
The blue LED is quite bright but I got used to it after a while~~
Final comment: If you are looking for a compact and all-round speaker which will satisfy your acoustic needs no matter what music genre you listen to, the T20 is probably the right one for you!

Beyond expectations, 11 Nov 2008
Bargain Full stop!!, 20 Sep 2008

Superb Speakers! Great Price & Fast Delivery!, 15 Nov 2008
I spent a long time searching the internet for a decent surround system to replace my 2 little speaker on my pc. I couldnt decide which ones to go for but after reading all the brilliant reviews I knew I just had to get my money's worth! And I am SO glad I did. Easy to assemble Sound perfect you barely need the bass I have it just under the half way mark. No distortion what so ever. Very pleased and turned up a day early too with the super saver delivery! The only minor niggle is that the leads on the speakers are not extremely long if you have a big room but I still give it 5 out of 5 for the money!
Fab product at great price, 15 Nov 2008
Logitech X-540 Multimedia Speaker System (5.1)
Gotta say, I read the reviews on this and they were all positive. With a little help from a video on you tube I had thisup and running on my xbox360 within 15mins. Great sound at a great price.
can any one help please, 23 Oct 2008
hi i've been looking at these speakers for a while now but have a few questions i hope you can help with. what it is i have a 47 inc phillips tv and would like to add surround sound would this work with it as i've looked at the back of the tv and there is only a audio left and right could you help me as i dont want to order them and then find they wont work can any one help
Top System and yes PS3 Compatible!, 10 Oct 2008
OK firstly i just want to express the quality of this sound system, nice clear treble and mid and very nice rumbly booming bass, especially for £50!
Now about PS3, the downside is that you will not get 5.1 surround sound, if you are after 5.1 you will need to buy a surround sound system with an optical cable in socket as the PS3 only has an optical out socket and nothing else (obviously when you connect the PS3 to the tv you will get sound from tv) but if you want to get sound out of this system here is what you need to do.
Connect up your PS3 to the tv as normal (if you have a HDTV then i definately recommend you buy a HD cable which you can get in any decent electrical store for about £20)
Next you connect the sound system to the TV using the green jack, you get a lead with a green, a black and an orange jack all on one which connects into the FRONT socket at the back of the sub, you then need to connect the green jack at the other end of the lead into the headphone jack of your TV. At this point i had to mute my TV for the sound to come out of the speakers but you may not have to (i have a Philips 37" HDTV)
Now you should be playing your PS3 with the sound coming out of your nice loud sound system and turning your front room into a warzone when you are shooting down bad guys on GTA4!!!
Hope this helps :)
Deeply funky, 07 Oct 2008
have to agree with every other review here. Bought these to replace my old 5.1 set and the difference is incredible, sounds are crystal clear and crisp regardless of volume. The matrix function which emulates 5.1 surround souond from older 2 channel outputs is brilliant as well.

Customer Reviews
