epson ink, 28 Aug 2008
epson original durabrite ink, they say it last longer and it does its seems to go on forever very good price as well
OK but..., 28 Mar 2008
I find these pigment colour inks unsuitable for photos: the ink sits like an opaque layer on top of glossy paper, rather like laser print, and doesn't look like a photo. Maybe Epson do a special paper?
I bought this multipack with a new D120 printer, which uses two black cartridges for speed; when the blacks ran out, the printer refused to print until BOTH blacks were replaced. As this multipack contains only one, the printer was useless until we bought more. I'm bemused that Epson specify this pack for the D120...
The usual Epson excellence, 07 Oct 2007
I chose my first Epson as it was the only one in the shop that gave me the ability just to change the colour that had run out and when I wanted a printer with a few more features I chose another Epson, this time because I'd also found the inks gave me nice bright colours and dried quickly on all papers. The value for money is great and I am delighted with these inks, just as I was with the other Epson inks I had to buy for the other Epson. Superb.
Makes the cost bearable, 10 Jul 2007
Inkjets are notoriously expensive to run and ink is the main consumable cost. I have an excellent Epson DX 4050 and the new inks are certainly impressive and durable. However, the cartridges are relatively small in volume and a few big photos can take a heavy toll on the inks. My local shop charges me £7.99 for a cartridge. This pack from Amazon means that each cartridge costs about £4.63. It doesn't take a genius to see that this is a cracking deal. Bless you, Amazon!
good quality inks, 09 Jun 2007
I have used Lexmark, Cannon inks but Epsons inks knocks them all.
The colours are really bright.

Good quality and cheap as hell, 20 Sep 2008
It's an SD card which will store 2Gb worth of files. I found it quick enough to cope with shooting video from my fuji S5700 and I have never experienced any problems with data loss or the transfer speed. It will hold about 380 to 400 jpeg shots in a 7 mega pixel camera.
Did I mention that it is cheap AND good. Brilliant no fuss product.
Nice little card., 30 Aug 2008
Needed a card for my photoframe and my new camera, chose this and have not looked back! It's a gem of a card and I've - so far! - had no problems with it.
Great price, loads of memory, 02 Aug 2008
Excellent value and works perfectly. I've been using it in my new camera: fujifilm s8000fd. It will store approx 980 photos (at 8M megapix) or 35 mins of video.
Great value for money!, 12 Jul 2007
I've been checking the prices for 2gb SD memory cards for a few weeks and when i found the fuji 2gb card i ordered it straight away and i'm so glad i did, and what a bonus it was delivered to me in super quick time.

What a bargain,high p/p but so what., 03 Jun 2008
I've read some complaints about p/p charges??I've just bought two SD cards for £2 each p/p was £4 for the both of them even though they went through my letterbox they are an absolute BARGAIN for a total of £8 for two delivered to your door.My local morrisons were wanting £14.99 for just one,now that is a rippoff
Stop blaming the product for your naivety, 19 May 2008
I wish people would stop rating this excellent product poorly, simply because the *supplier* charges high postage rates. The idea is to help other people judge how good the product is, not to complain about a bargain that wasn't.
All this complaining about postage is not helpful to other users. By all means warn about it, but if the product itself works, then give it the number of stars it deserves.
Doesn't work, 19 Apr 2008
This card does not work with Technika advanced 8mp sh-8360 camera. My dad has a digital camera and it works in his fine. His card works in my camera but this one doesn't. The light comes on but there is nothing on the screen. Disappointed.
The Postage Question, 11 Feb 2008
People have been commenting - or rather - complaining about the cost of postage for sending these SD cards. However, despite the high mark-up on the postage, they are still a lot cheaper than in any shops.
If you can find one cheaper than from Amazon, then don't buy from Amazon.
Also, when you go to checkout, you must have seen the cost of the postage. If you thought it was too high, why did you not cancel the order?
better price than any shop, 22 Jan 2008
I really have no complaints about this item. it works fine in my camera, it was cheap and with the postage it's still cheap. If its that cheap, you can't be naive and just expect it to be that price, i assumed postage was high. Postage normally costs 2.75 for a book and this is like £2 more. If your buying the item for 91p where's the problem.it's still so cheap!I brought this first from curry's for £25.00-it's a massive saving. They should warn you about the postage prices but you can just check and then cancel. If you don't want to pay the postage price don't buy it.

Cheap, fast & secure, 13 Nov 2008
Low cost, fast. I like the built-in U3 security software.
Ideal for a back-up medium.
Carry your mailbox around, 11 Nov 2008
This is fantastic. I can download and read my mail from either my own or my partners computer and I have all my addresses and favorites on hand too.
There is a great little diary/task program EssentialPIM and so I can have the same task list wherever I am. I'd long given up on lugging my laptop around and put up with the inconvenience of not having my own favorites and rather than this being a copy of a file it is the real thing.
Oh, and just in case I leave it on a train it's password protected.
I'm really impressed.
Excellent, 01 Nov 2008
Have had mine for nearly 12 months now. U3 program work fine and mean that I get all my instant messages via Trillian wherever I am without loading anything on local PC. Work very quickly with Firefox for U3 when streaming, for example, BBC Iplayer. I have also added Mojopac wo I have my own desktop where ever I go. 4GB is fine for me - have a load of music and videos on it as well as docs. I like the password protection of U3 - I carry it with me wherever I go. I may go for a larger size later but for now 4GBis fine (and SOOO cheap!!). You can use Logmein Ignition (paid for) or Logmein Free or Teamviewer Free for remote access via the U3 if you need to and it works absolutely fine.
Great for portable applications, 21 Oct 2008
Why carry a laptop around, when you can have one of these? Even without the 'advanced' U3 features, it's a handy flash drive. Convenient, robust, light and with a neat connector protector.
With the U3, however it doubles as a portable computer. if you find that you prefer Firefox, Thunderbird and OpenOffice to the proprietary Microsoft products, then you can carry those (and other) apps, together with your favourite sites and login settings on this little gizmo.
Instead of struggling to send emails from a internet cafe, take one of these, set it up ahead of time, then plug it in to the local PC and you're good to go.
When you visit your favourite sites, or enter passwords, there's no record of that activity on the host computer (unless there's a spyware keylogger installed). That means it's possible to use this device to access your own networks and password-protected sites without any risk that the owner of the computer gains access to sensitive information.
If you want (and I do) you can password-protect the whole unit, so that even if it is lost, the data is not accessible.
The device might need updating before it will run properly on Vista operating systems. The U3 features are available only in Windows, but other operating systems will read the thing as an ordinary flash drive, giving access to all documents, but not the software. Mine struggles a bit with Linux (Ubuntu Hardy), but it's OK if the machine has the right settings.
I had a 1GB unit for many years, and it was great. I've now upgraded to the 4GB unit and that is plenty big enough.
A lovely one, 15 Oct 2008
I've had this a while now and it works well. Unlike some of the reviews I've read,I really rate the software that comes with it. It comes into it's own in internet cafes and on friends computers. No trace of your passage left behind and the SignupShield fills in the passwords without you having to do any key strokes on a potentially vulnerable cyber cafe computer.Oh, and the sync software lets you use Google on other computers with all your bookmarks. Also you can run Outlook on any computer as if it was your own. Fantastic.

Disappointing, 13 Nov 2008
I purchased the multipack of inks and found the last one to be replaced was rejected by the printer with a message saying the cartridge was incompatible. When I contacted Epson customer services I was told they only have a 90 day warranty. I suggest buying them individually as if it takes more than 90 days to use them all you could be left with a useless cartridge and no means of replacement through Epson.
Beware of compatibles! , 01 Oct 2008
Epson Stylus Photo RX685 All-in-One Printer, 6.3cm LCD, USB
Bought this printer to replace my previous canon printer because canon cartridges were too costly. The multipack inks work out cheaper, but are still expensive, Epson charge £45 for the full pack!needless to say i buy mine from other sources!
I have tried compatible cartridges but whilst i've had no problems with previous printers, the Epson doesn't seem to like them. I've had nothing but trouble with compatibles - the ink clogged the nozzles and everything printed out in shades of pink and blue (great if you like those colours)! At first, the printer recognised the cartridges and displayed ink levels correctly, but lately it's refusing to recognise the cartridges and won't print at all! Ah well- i suppose i've got to admit defeat and start buying genuine ink again, other than these problems though, its a great all round printer.
Total waste of money, 27 Aug 2008
I've just installed these inks and within 2 minutes, according to the ink cartridge status panel, I am back down to only 25% of all inks!
That and the fact that it now refuses to print a decent picture at all ensures that this is the last Epsom printer I shall ever buy.
Whether this is down to the ink or the printer I don't know, but it's all Epson.
How much?, 11 Apr 2008
I know people prattle on about the price we, in the UK, get charged for stuff... but this is really taking the pee. Having not long returned back from the states, I wonder why we are being charged the same price in pounds as the US gets charged in dollars... is it because we are a race of people who don't like to complain. Do Epson just think they can just `mug us off' with these over inflated prices? Take a good long look Epson at how many compatible ink cartridges are on the market and how many people are buying them. It doesn't take a brain surgeon to work out we are being made fools of. Too be fair the ink is good quality... but not six or seven times better than the compatibles! The printers a bit of a brute too and eats far too much ink. Why does it need to charge switching between disc and paper printing? As soon as the warranty runs out its back on the £1.29 per cart compatibles and a big `up-yours' finger to the money grabbing owners of Epson.
Epson Ink, 28 Mar 2008
Well,
I have tried compatible inks and they are just not the same so if you want quality ok a little more pricey but stick with the original epson ink.

epson ink, 28 Aug 2008
epson original durabrite ink, they say it last longer and it does its seems to go on forever very good price as well
OK but..., 28 Mar 2008

It's junk, 28 Oct 2008
There have been many suggestions in order to fix the disconnection problems with this piece of equipment but really there should be no need. At first it held the connection for maybe ten minutes. Then it would need to be removed and inserted again to continue. Of course any downloads would then need to start again so I could never get the new drivers! Once I installed new drivers it disconnects after about 30 seconds.
There should not be any of these issues with an expensive and supposedly superior wireless adapter. I expect it to work as it says on the box and not need to spend several hours trying to fix Netgear's problems. I will try the latest suggestions before going at it with a blowtorch and a pair of pliers. Garbage.
The hidden flaws, 14 Oct 2008
I bought this adapter when I purchased a new Vista Business based PC which I linked to the BT HomeHub 2.0. Set-up was easy and I was impressed for quite some time. However suddenly I was unable to access the Internet after closing down my PC and re-booting. The only solution was to remove all the Netgear s/w from the PC and reload from the CD after that all was fine until I next closed down my PC. Every time I boot up my PC I have to go through the laborious process of s/w removal and re-installation before I can get back onto the internet. I have been in contact with Netgear engineers but after many messages between us the problem remains unsolved. I have just bought a different adapter after finally giving up on this battle
One of the best you can get!, 20 Sep 2008
Installed and used 3 of them over the years, in different PC's, XP, Vista - no problem at all. Much better connection than my Belkin adapters-I threw those away and replace with these
Excellent product, works perfectly, recommended, 08 Sep 2008
I got this to connect to a Netgear DG834G router. It was a doddle to install and works perfectly under XP Pro SP3 using either the drivers on the supplied CD or the latest drivers downloaded from Netgear. Signal strength is good and it appears to be perfectly stable and doesn't drop the connection. I've used both the Windows and the Netgear configuration utilities and both work fine. For completeness I should say that I've not tried it under any other OS or with any other router. I also don't work for Netgear!
I don't know why some people have had such bad experiences with it - there are three versions listed on the Netgear web site, and mine is the newest version (v3). Most of the critical reviews seem quite old and there may be problems with the earlier versions.
I have 25 years experience with computers and know what I'm doing, but this didn't require any technical ability whatsoever. All I can say is that I found it to be an excellent product and great value for money.
very good product, 19 Jun 2008
i bought this and a Netgear's 54 Mbps wireless router (WGR614v4) and it worked well...at 1st it was easy to get used to and it is a value for money product..i got into other peoples internet routers in an instant:P

I bought one of these a month ago and I've used it daily with no problems as of yet. The device is sturdy, the processing speed is good, and the price is low. It seems reliable enough, all of my files have been recognised with no loss of data up until this point, all in all a good product.

Not suitable for "ready boost", 23 Oct 2008
Really disappointed with this item, writes at only 3mb/s that's less than half the speed of my other usb 2.0 flash drive, if you're only looking to store items it'll do the job, just be prepared to wait, especially if you've got some big files to back up. Also because of the slow speed you can't use this for "ready boost", so it's really down to what you need it for.

epson ink, 28 Aug 2008
epson original durabrite ink, they say it last longer and it does its seems to go on forever very good price as well
OK but..., 28 Mar 2008

I have seen the same product and brand from halfords, they are still selling £6.99. But you only have to pay just over £2 from amazon, I just can't see where you could get one cheapper than here.
Oh, It works straightaway.
Does what it says on the tin, 17 Sep 2008
As stated this is a USB cable which connects your Garmin to the PC, and it does exactly that. It arrived quickly and securely packaged. The only downside is that it doesn't open the Garmin software when you plug it in as that would be a great time saver, but then again thats a Garmin issue i imagin not the cable.
